Certification and CME Credits

All non-physician attendees will receive a certificate of participation. The certificate has the accreditation statement on the certificate stating that the activity is approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits, along with the number of hours completed.

Many organizations (such as AAPA and ANCC) recognize AMA credits when submitted - others won't recognize the credits. It is up to each individual to make sure their organization will recognize the AMA credits. Certification cannot guarantee that each and every organization, governing body (including state and speciality board) will accept the CAMA PRA Category 1 Credits. These credits are the highest level of awarded credits with the broadest acceptance in the medical education arena
